Welcome to FreeRide Mountain, developed and published by MXCI SpA.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the game, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the game.

2. About the Game

FreeRide Mountain is an independent video game developed by MXCI SpA.

promotional material.

No part of the game may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from MXCI SpA.

6. Fair Play

Players agree not to:

cheat;
exploit bugs intentionally;
modify the game;
use unauthorized software;
manipulate leaderboards;
interfere with the experience of other players.

MXCI SpA reserves the right to remove leaderboard scores that are considered fraudulent or obtained through unfair methods.

7. Online Features

Certain features require an Internet connection, including:

Online Leaderboards;
In-App Purchases;
Advertisements.

These services may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.

MXCI SpA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online services.

8. Support the Developer

FreeRide Mountain offers an optional one-time purchase called:

Support the Developer

This purchase permanently removes advertisements from the game on the purchasing account, subject to the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store.

Purchasing this option is voluntary.

It is intended to support the continued development of FreeRide Mountain and future projects by MXCI SpA.

This purchase is not a subscription.

It does not provide exclusive gameplay advantages.

It does not guarantee future downloadable content, expansions, or additional features.

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store.

9. Updates

MXCI SpA may release updates that include:

bug fixes;
performance improvements;
gameplay adjustments;
balancing changes;
visual improvements;
new content;
removal of existing features when necessary.

We reserve the right to modify the game at any time in order to improve player experience.

10. Leaderboards

Leaderboard participation is optional.

Players must sign in using Google Play Games or Apple Game Center.

MXCI SpA reserves the right to:

reset seasonal rankings;
remove fraudulent scores;
suspend leaderboard functionality;
discontinue leaderboard services in the future.

Leaderboard rankings are provided for entertainment purposes.

11. Advertisements

The free version of FreeRide Mountain may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.

Players who purchase Support the Developer will have advertisements permanently removed from the game on their account.

12. Disclaimer

FreeRide Mountain is provided «AS IS» and «AS AVAILABLE».

While MXCI SpA strives to provide a stable and enjoyable experience, we make no guarantees that the game will always operate without interruptions, errors, or compatibility issues.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MXCI SpA shall not be liable for:

loss of data;
loss of leaderboard rankings;
interruption of gameplay;
indirect damages;
incidental damages;
consequential damages resulting from the use of the game.

Players use FreeRide Mountain at their own discretion.

14. Termination

MXCI SpA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to online features if a player:

violates these Terms;
attempts to manipulate the game;
abuses online systems;
engages in fraudulent activities.

Termination of online services does not necessarily affect access to offline gameplay where technically possible.

Your use of FreeRide Mountain is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
